The M Class has MIPS – Multi-directional Impact Protection Systems. Rotational motion can cause brain injuries. With the MIPS system, a low friction layer allows a sliding motion of 10-15mm in all directions inside the helmet. This reduces the rotational motion transmitted to the brain during impact.
