The rein aid pressure that is exerted on the tongue-edges and the lower jaw with the Sensogan D-Ring bit is more intense compared to normal single jointed bits. This KK single jointed D-ring is perfect for horses that are unresponsive to normal double or single jointed bits and that are strong in the contact. It is also a good choice for horses that tend to lean on the bit, as it allows direct pressure transmission on the tongue and lower jaw due to the fixed mouthpiece. It lies steady in the horses mouth, gentle on the corners of the mouth, while the lateral contact helps horses that tend to fall out whilst riding or approaching an obstacle.
