The Double Jointed Eggbutt Bit is a relatively mild, universal type bit that works for a wide range of horses and activities.

The slightly wider double joint mouth lies steady in the horses mouth, and does not have the “nut cracker” action of single joint. The Eggbutt cheeks allow direct rein pressure, and because it is not a loose ring, it will not pinch the corners of the mouth.

This fully stainless steel bit features 65mm Eggbutt cheeks, and a 16mm double joint mouth.
